ALL THE INFO
Hi! I'm Joe.
The majority of my life was spent overweight and hearing that I had a bad attitude. It took about 29 years for me to realize that the reason I had a bad arttitude was becuse I was fat and had a generally negative outlook on life. I was what I was eating. Shit.
I'm now 38 years old, financially independent, and in the best shape of my life. Literally all it took was hard work.
AND YOU KNOW WHAT?
I'm still working on getting better everyday... I hope to inspire you to do the same. Whatever you goal may be in life I'm here to help give you the extra inspiration that I couldn't find when I started. This is our community.
If you're landing on this page it's cause you are looking for extreme weight loss or looking for some financial comedy and a breath of fresh air. Well here it is.
If you're looking to attain real results that you haven't been able to achieve before. That's what I do everyday.
Ten years ago I realized that I was miserable , and instead of wishing the world would change, I decided to take my life into my own hands. Clearly I was the one who needed to makes changes. I believe that is a constant theme all of us should adopt in our lives.
Oddly enough after losing all the weight, improving my my health and committing to help as many people as I could, I found that the world started promoting mediocracy, awarding people for being "comfortable in their skin", coming to grips and accepting that people are fat and unhealthy. Calling them healthy
Listen... I get it. At the end of the day it is easier to make excuses and not take your life into your own hands. It's easier to say fuck it and just plop down on the sofa after a hard 9 hours of work. Well, I'm calling your bullshit. Laziness is the epidemic.
Here's the good news. You can consider me your expert. I lost an extreme 110 pounds and I've kept it off. All of it. I've also helped many people get their lives together by taking a fresh look at their frame, the way they view the world, and in realizing that we create our reality.
Being fat is not normal. You are not born obese. I know I wasn't. I started out at 5 pounds 8 ounces."
I tried to lose weight multiple times. Always wishing I had someone there to help me out and guide me. I had hired trainers in the past, but these guys started skinny. They didn't get it. They couldn't relate.
Each and every time I set out to lose weight I succeeded. I was also successful in gaining the weight back each and every time.
